Ramya is the founder and principal consultant behind Connect Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience in Strategic Recruitment, and a foundation in Human Resources, she partners directly with leadership teams to solve complex hiring challenges across infrastructure, energy, construction, and industrial markets.
She approaches every search as an Advisor, not just a recruiter, aligning talent strategy with business objectives and long-term growth plans. Clients work directly with her from intake to offer, ensuring a high level of discretion, precision, and accountability throughout the process.
Born and raised in Alberta, Ramya is proud of her roots and is passionate about supporting the sectors that energize and sustain our communities. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, CTMP designation, and takes a keen interest in further developing professional recruitment.
Outside of work, you can usually find her sitting at a hockey rink or the sidelines of a soccer field. She is passionate about good coffee, travel, and spending long summer evenings with family and friends.
